Predictive maintenance for refrigeration
Know which freezer is heading for a breakdown.
Wireless sensors inside each freezer measure it around the clock. PulsIoT learns how every unit normally behaves and warns you when its health starts to slide — with time to schedule service instead of paying for an emergency call.

The problem
A freezer fails quietly.
Compressors rarely stop without warning. For weeks before a breakdown a unit defrosts more often, runs longer and recovers more slowly — changes too gradual to notice by eye, until one morning it is warm.
Breakdowns cost more than service
An after-hours callout, rushed parts and a unit out of use for days cost far more than a planned visit booked when it suits you.
Maintenance on a calendar
Service every few months treats every unit the same. The one that is struggling waits its turn; the healthy one gets a visit it did not need.
Nobody can see inside a compressor
The early signs are in how the unit behaves over days and weeks. Nobody standing in front of it can see that; continuous data can.
How it works
Sensors in the freezers. The analysis in the cloud.
No wiring, no on-site server, and nothing for staff to remember to do.
Place the sensors
Small battery-powered sensors go inside each freezer. No drilling and no electrician. One per unit is enough; two or three give a clearer diagnosis.
One gateway per site
A single gateway collects from every sensor in range and sends the readings over your existing internet connection.
PulsIoT learns each freezer
From its own history: how long it takes to recover after a defrost, how hard the compressor works, and whether its temperature is slowly creeping up.
A score and an early warning
Every freezer gets a health score from 0 to 100. When it starts to slide, you get a warning with a forecast of when it will need service.
What you get
Built for whoever keeps the freezers running.
Health score for every freezer
All your units on one screen, worst first, with the trend behind each score.
Early warnings with a forecast
A warning says which freezer, what is changing and roughly when it will need service, so the visit can be planned.
On the phone and the web
The technician checks the freezer, records what they found and logs a breakdown in two taps, standing next to the unit.
Each freezer's history
Warnings, what was found, service visits, breakdowns and sensor changes — each with who did it and when.
A report on the results
A PDF showing how many warnings turned out right and how many breakdowns were caught in time.
Your data, your team
Each business sees only its own freezers. Roles decide who can see and who can change what, and administrators use two-step verification.
The pilot
Proven on your freezers, not in a brochure.
We start with a pilot at one site and measure the results together, on your own equipment. You decide from the evidence.

Every warning is checkedYour technician records what they found. A warning counts as right if a problem was found or the freezer broke down within 30 days.

Walk-ins and reach-ins that cannot be out of action on a busy night.
Grocery & convenience
Many units across a floor and back of house, each with its own service history.
Cold storage & distribution
Large freezers and cold rooms, including sites with nobody on hand overnight.
Refrigeration service companies
Know which of your clients' units needs a visit, and turn emergency calls into planned work.
